关于热电厂设备管理考核方面的资料

各位同仁好！我是做热电厂设备管理的，目前急需热电厂设备管理方面的资料，包括设备台帐的格式设备卡片的格式，设备管理的内容项目，如何进行设备管理考核等方面的资料，不知那位大侠有这方面的经验，请指教！！！先谢谢了！
